SHIPPING
All orders received with valid payment by noon Eastern Time are usually processed and shipped on the same business day. However, during busy seasons it might take 2-3 days to process and ship each order. If you have timing constraints and need us to process and ship your order on the same day please enclose instructions in the comment box at the checkout.
All orders are shipped by UPS. Shipping charges are based on shipping method, weight, destination and the value of the merchandise. Please let us know if special shipping arrangements have to be made. All orders will be provided tracking information via email. Please note that WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We only accept returns if the merchandise has manufacturing defects or if they were sent to a customer by mistake. All returns are accepted for store credits or exchange only. Please call or email us for return number before sending the package.
